Madison Area DSA’s annual meeting “convention” will be March 31st, 2020 at 7pm. We will be holding this meeting over Zoom video chat in light of the coronavirus pandemic and “shelter at home” order. We will be casting votes, and ballots will be sent via Opavote to all members in good standing – Note: you must be in good standing as of March 31st, 2020 to receive a ballot.

The Annual meeting is where we elect Chapter officers for the next year. These will be the chapter Executive Committee:
- 2 Co-Chairs
- Treasurer
- Administrator
- Communications
And our two Harassment Grievance Officers (HGOs)
We will discuss a budget for the coming year, review some working groups activity for chartering/extension, review our activities and discuss priorities for the next year.
