Regularly scheduled labor working group meeting. Labor Working Group has helped workers who are trying to figure out whatto do about problems at work or who want to form a union.
 
Working Group Info:
Madison DSA’s Labor Working Group meets every month for our chapter’s labor activists, union members and organizing workers. LWG members are union members and staff, restaurant workers organizing across the city, and workers who are trying to form unions at their workplaces.

LWG is part workshop for activists trying to figure out how to be effective at the workplace, part education center and part strategizing for how to build a strong movement locally.

RSVP to help generate an accurate count for food and drink.

This is Madison Area's first Worker's Inquiry session hosted our Labor Working Group.

This is a direct skill-building meeting for Madison DSA members to meet other members working to unionize their workplace. The purpose of this meeting is to talk through barriers you have in your workplace and share accomplishments and challenges. Be prepared to discuss reflections on your own workplace.

Come to the Social Justice Center starting half an hour before the General Membership Meeting for pizza and casual conversation with comrades.
