Committees are created by the chapter Executive Committee to execute administrative, organizational, or limited political activities as needed. Unlike Working Groups, Committees are not self-governed but work at the direction of the Executive Committee. Committees are considered an extension of the Executive Committee, and the Executive bears responsibility for them.
